Getting Closer

The latest batch of referrals to come out of CCAA cover everyone whose paperwork was logged in through August 25, 2005. Our log-in-date (LID to those in the adoption community) is September 7, 2005, which means we should be getting our referral by sometime in December.

In the meantime, we're getting our paperwork in order. Our clearance from U.S. Immigration to adopt expires in mid-January, so we're going through the application process again. Fingerprints next week, oh boy!

The baby's room is coming together - painting is next. We'll post pictures once it's ready.
